These terms explain what CalorieFocus provides, how purchases work and the responsibilities that keep the service useful and safe.

Informational estimates
CalorieFocus provides general calorie and macro tracking. Photo results and unsourced mixed meals are estimates that require your review. CalorieFocus is not medical advice and does not promise medically exact nutrition.
Accounts and acceptable use
You may start anonymously and protect the profile later. Keep sign-in credentials secure and provide accurate information. Do not automate scans, evade device or account limits, interfere with the service, upload unlawful material or misuse food-source data. We may restrict abusive access to protect users and operating costs.
Purchases
Premium may be offered weekly, monthly, annually or as a separate lifetime non-consumable purchase. A seven-day introductory trial may be available to eligible store accounts. Pricing, trial eligibility and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; Lifetime Access is paid once and does not renew. Payment, renewal, cancellation, refunds and introductory-offer eligibility are administered by your app store. Restore Purchases is available in the app.
Food data and availability
Search and packaged-food results depend on third-party food databases and may be incomplete, outdated or unavailable by region. You are responsible for checking the selected product, serving and result. Features may change to improve quality, security or fair-use protection.
Your content and deletion
You retain rights in content you submit. You permit CalorieFocus and its processors to handle that content only as needed to provide the requested features, secure the service and meet legal obligations. Account deletion is available from Profile → Settings → Delete account and local data.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CalorieFocus is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or suitability for a medical purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Apple users
On Apple platforms, these terms supplement the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
